★★★★★ The graphics and clothes are beautiful! I love the customization and how much you can do!

★★★★★ Saw an ad for this and decided to give it a try. So far this game is good. I have really been enjoying the branching paths in the story. Characters and outfits are very detailed. The amount of materials needed to craft an outfit is INSANE. It is for this reason I would advise starting with the Queen Marie story first since the pieces don't require as much as the other stories. Another thing is that this game requires A LOT of space. So be mindful of the updates.

★★☆☆☆ The game should start with a character creator. I don't like that it initially forced me to play as a character that represents "you" while only catering to a certain group of people that look like the default. It's only after the fact that I'm allowed to edit my character after already being made to feel left out? Yeah no, thanks, this is like the bare minimum for a dress up game to allow people to feel represented right off the bat. Edit: you can't even edit the body in the character creator?

★★☆☆☆ TERRIBLE! THE LIVE AGENTS ARE ALL FAKE OR ONLY HAVE CANNED MESSAGES. Every single response to a question is always the same. When I tell them that they did not respond to my question, they copy and paste the same response! The live agents are not properly trained so if you ever run across an issue in the game, YOU'RE ON YOUR OWN. The live agents do not want to help. It is terrible service.

★★☆☆☆ I loved this game played no stops, but then they kept updating and updating to the point that if I want to keep playing I need to have nothing else on my device so makes me very sad to uninstall

★★☆☆☆ *RESPONSE*The game is fun and could be enjoyed though you still need real currency to experience the best gameplay, and it really gets so annoying because you can't get fancy event outfits without spending money and some events only lasts for like 5 days, and I could impossibly complete one event outfit in just five days I just wish IGG could make things free just for a short time
