Description
What are you waiting for?
Set a timer and a target word count and start writing.
But be quick, before the timer runs out!
If you pass the time limit not all is lost. You can finish your text in overtime - but if you stop typing you will lose words at an accelerating rate.
Your sessions are recovered if the app shuts down. This way you can also set long-time goals for sessions that last multiple hours or longer.
Share and copy your written works to keep working on them and give them their finishing touch.
The app features three additional options to stop you from overthinking and get you started writing:
- Limit yourself to only add to the text - Only edit the end of the text - Write everything yourself. No copy/paste or autocompletion.

Comments on Time2Write: Word Count & Timer for Android
★★★★★
Lovely minimalist design, especially with the bars on top that shows your word count going up in real time along with the time that's elapsed. My only wish is that you can continue writing after the time runs out, it feels very abrupt being forced to stop in the middle of a sentence, but aside from that, wonderful app!
