Unlike competitors, doesn't have the ability to automatically clock in and out based on your location. There is a significant delay in reminding you to clock in which defeats the purpose of the app and functionality to give an accurate record of one's work attendance (hours/day/week/month). Lastly, it signs you out the next day you are at work or maximum of 24 hours if you forget to do it on the app at the time you left the office, which again, it is not possible to get an accurate record

Way too buggy. You can't see the full name in the search box (it's truncated at the top). Sometimes can't scroll down. And oh so may geo fence issues that require the app to.be restarted, probably 40% of the time.
