I really love this app this is finally The Future Has Arrived it has a bit of a delay, but they're working on that and with app updates that will clear up soon, but it's accurate it's amazing and now language barriers can just dissolve I got this so that I can communicate with my best friend in Italy cuz my Italians not quite up to scratch, and she speaks no English, and now we will be able to communicate effortlessly this is an absolute love this product I highly recommend it they actually deliver!

I like everything about the W4 except for the listen and play. It would be a home run if you didn't need to push the listen and speak button every time you talk back and forth. I'm a business ower and would love to sit the phone down and let me employees speak as needed next to the phone without them trying to tap the button. Same when I'm driving, it would be so much easier to sit my phone in the console and let everyone talk without constantly having to push a button.

Not user-friendly. Cannot translate without purchasing language packages. Can't translate after buying package. I figured out how to purchase a bunch of tokens (worthless) and still after 3 hrs no translation turn on...this is junk!!!

The earbuds did not pair straight out of the box. Charged for a while, and still don't pair. Absolute garbage. Do not buy these. I got the M3 from Amazon.

The earphones serve no real purpose here. Time kettle is overcharging for them just to push its app. All the translation work happens through the mobile application, not the earphones. If Time kettle wanted, it could have allowed the app to work with any earphones, and they would function the same way. Also, the offline translation is not available for the most important language Arabic!!!
