Amazing customer service 👍🏽 I had a billing issue, so I sent an email, and I got a response very quickly. It wasn't so simple as my stepdaughter had created multiple accounts with various emails. Ms Samantha of Timesheet definitely took a good amount of time researching the correct email linked to my credit card and went in-depth to explain how are specific scenario must have happened. Everything is working smoothly now thanks to Samantha and her staff.

Terrible app. Photos are constantly failing to upload, and it won't let me delete them when they fail. The app often uploads portrait photos as landscapes, which means they're completely cropped and cut off; I basically can't use a lot of my photos. Also, they won't let you chose border or no border on individual photos— you have to do the same thing for the whole month's worth of photos. Just all around really bad app.

The printed pictures are excellent and high quality, but the app is ROUGH. Pictures load extremely slowly, uploads fail frequently, scrolling through Google Photos albums is painful, pictures disappear after editing and only restarting the app brings them back, the app icon is the stock android developer icon. Overall very unpleasant to use.
