I've tried to set up this app. Every time I enter username and password...I get "authentication error". Don't understand and no method provided to reset or change PW "if" that is the problem. Help!

At first ity worked well. But now it doesn't work at all. I have to go into remarks to say I have worked. It also tells new after working over 20hrs overtime in a week I have no overtime. Thia app sucks! Any company wanting to utilize this app, I strongly recommend finding something better! This app sucks!

Kills my battery! It is really hard to log in! I was 4 hours late for work today because this app kills my battery. I never had trouble with my phone till I installed this app. I went to bed with 48% battery (that used to last me a whole day before this app) but I woke up with my phone completely dead! And it's not the first time draining my battery! This app sucks!

Freezes won't open or logs me out and says password or username is wrong... if I lose money I'm going to find people in charge and choke them

Needs major upgrade. Worst about this app is clocked in/out feature. When manual entry is made outside of app, it always opts to opposite clock in/out option. If I'm clocked in why would I want to clock in again and vice versa. Fix it! If one is clocked in automatically be in the clocked out mode and the other way around. How doesn't it occur to the developer by now. It's common sense. What a poor design!
