Description
Use your smartphone for simple time tracking (come, leave, project time, job time) and absence tracking (holiday, business trip, application for flexible working hours).
With the mobile app, you have your appointment calendar at your fingertips anytime. Manage jobs, checklists and tickets on the way. The mobile CRM provides you with all information of customers, contact persons and CRM activities. All time bookings and changes are synchronised with the central system in real time. The gratuitous app can be combined with the TimO® software solutions and the time tracking terminal (fingerprint, RFID chip). All functions can be used singularly and in combination.
Time tracking, simple and uncomplicated - efficient time tracking anytime and anywhere - time stamp clock for working time tracking exact to the minute - tracking break times and smoking breaks - application for followup of forgotten times - summary of working hours and hours account balance - adjustments for extra charges, flexible working hours, overtime hours and break regulation in the software - time tracking with GPS position (optional)
Applications for absence with approval workflow (holiday planner) - apply for absence time (holiday, business trip, advanced education) - overview approved and open applications (holiday etc.) - approval of the applications by principal, team leader, personnel office - adjustment of individual workflow (one ore more steps) in the software - central acquisition of sickness days in the software
