Never ever tried to use this app! They will deduct the airtime automatically and mark the transaction as expired! They will not send you anything to your bank account, if you call their customer care line, they will not pick, if you contact them via WhatsApp or email they will not respond. They are a scammer! They have scammed me the sum of ₦4285. To cut it short, if you have never been scammed before.... try TINGEL, you will for sure get scam of your life!

I just tried the airtime to cash transfer now I've been debited of my airtime but still yet to receive the cash in my bank account, and not they said the transfer has expired??? I can't even reach the WhatsApp support because it doesn't go through. You don't reply on WhatsApp also.

The app is fake as hell, I tried deleting my account in the app because MTN send a Sms "Yello, We have blocked a login attempt to your MTN self Service Channel due to invalid Credentials. Please report to 300 if it was not you. Thank you for Choosing MTN" this is what I got from MTN, this people trying to steal my personal data please don't use the app. Note that they refuse me to delete my account in the app.
