I love this app. Only one complaint. The app is not compatible with new devices and tablets which is a bit inconvenient. Kindly update the app to be compatible to newer versions of devices also

I purchased a lifetime subscription for ACK and Tinkle on Oct 1 using my Gmail ID as a login on the website. The status is still processing, and I still can not access any of their lifetime subscription products. I emailed customer support, but there has been no response yet. In ACK and Tinkle apps, there is no provision for login using Gmail ID. So, what happened to my purchases then?? Update: Customer support has finally fixed my issue. I am very happy to read my favorite comics on mobile.

The rating is not for the content but for the interface and policy. I have cancelled the subscription but still they have debited the subscription fees. For cancellation of subscription also you have to explore like anything how to cancel.

I don't why they had to update their app for even worse experience. I love tinkle and would love to read a lot of comics. If this is what quality means to them, it's better to not have this app and get a refund on the subscription. Very bad user experience and the app is full of glitches. Really very disappointed.

Tinkle not working at all. Disney subscription taken, but unfortunately the book is not opening.pls update the software. I downloaded one book of disney and still stuck on that to open I am still waiting.it is almost a month the pages are not loading either. Very disappointing.
