Great for a free App! I've been using this for 2 weeks and have already noticed a marked reduction in the volume of my tinnitus. It's easy to use, although I would happily pay for a few extra features like: 1) Playlists. 2) The ability to tick a selection of tracks within a folder for conversion, instead of the single file or complete folder options currently available. 3) SD card support. All my music is on an SD so having to use another app to copy it into internal memory is a pain. 4) Different left/right frequency ranges.

Lackluster Needs to support playlists. Selecting individual songs is too much work, especially given the primitive artist, album, song drill down whereupon the user must then click play. Sheesh. Also can't tell you how many times I have had to wait while the app does a initial load of music items on fist run, but it is many many times on several different devices. Too new a user here to advise on whether this app reduces tinnitus, but I have serious concerns that the width of the notch is 5 times that of others.

Doesn't work Opened the app, set the frequency, and no music available. Don't know why it would be named notched therapy tunes and not have any tunes, or at least some noise to go with it.
