I love the product, after adjusting the depth setting I was getting full quality printing, but asking for permission to phone contacts made me feel like you're trying to fool me and extract info that you might sell to 3rd party. So my suggestion is to either explain this is a part of how the device needs to work, or explain that you are indeed extracting info, and it is why it is such a low price, because it is actually very low in cost, and could be much more expensive.

When using the document print in the app the preview shows correctly but when trying to print the contents are completely blank and prints nothing out.

All pictures I try to print are cropped on the right side. It looks like it's trying to print 80 mm while this printer is only 57 mm. I cannot find where I can manually correct it. I suspect because of this issue all labels, to-do lists etc. are also not printing at all. When I try to print those it just looks like a jammed fax machine. I cannot find a FAQ to resolve it. The "help with the app" banner isn't working for me

Latest update has completely butchered the "continuous label" printing. Formatting buttons are hidden behind the navigation bar, and attempting to resize/move a text box near the top of the label often has it suddenly drop the label size to absolute 0. It has also seemingly sped up the slowest print speed, resulting in much more faded prints from my particular device.
