About Tipspromenader (Quiz Walks): Almost like a Swedish National Sport.

In Sweden, there’s an activity that blends exercise, general knowledge, and a touch of competitive spirit – tipspromenader! It’s like a treasure hunt, but instead of gold and jewels, you’re searching for the correct answers to clever questions. Armed with a pen and a cheerful attitude, Swedes set out to find small question slips strategically placed along a scenic trail. The questions can cover anything from the royal family to the latest music hits.

The best part about tipspromenader is that they’re suitable for all ages. And once you cross the finish line, there’s often a fika with coffee and cinnamon buns waiting for you – because what’s a Swedish activity without fika?

So, the next time you hear someone mention a tipspromenad, you’ll know it’s a delightful mix of fresh air, brain exercises, and a hefty dose of Swedish togetherness.

Tipspromenader has been a part of the Swedish Exercise and Sports Association (Korpen) for over 60 years.
