★★☆☆☆ Manual says to recharge from POS center. Ordinary citizens can't even understand what POS means. The website is trash, doesn't have sufficient information about a POS center or it's locations!! They should use simplified language for ordinary citizens.

★★☆☆☆ I can't sign up or login, could you please give any tutorial link that we can use our handset NFC to recharge our card? It's wasting time to go to the nominated mobile center to recharge card and also they counting extra charge. Hope we get a transparency in all system like Japan, we are suffering from the system, so please give an easy and self-service options to recharge our card by our own, thanks
