Some other pastors said that, tithe and offering belong to a certain group of people: the Levites, the stranger, the fatherless, and the widows, while other Pastors or Prophets argue that payment of tithe is a sin or not acceptable to God?"
In all situation, God challenges his people to test him. Tithing is always a test of faith. It forces us to trust God to provide for us. Tithing is a principle that entrepreneurs, businessmen and civil servants need to know and employ. Tithe means ten percent of one’s income, profit or produce. Almighty God has assured us that if we are obedient to His word and pay our tithes, He will bless us in return. It is an assurance. Malachi 3:10aand prove me now herewith, saith the LORD of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, This means that the Lord will proper us in our endeavors and give us new businesses, new investments, new ideas and initiatives to present, new products, and reliable workforce to expand your business. Thank you for sharing such a wonderful topic in the bible. I would recommend this app for christians or anyone who wants to know about tithe. My problem is there is no certainty that's weather to pay tithes or not. About 90% of the book is telling you to pay tithes but the rest 10% (is tithe mandatory) is telling you otherwise

This app is unfortunately not spreading the truth about tithing. It only presents one side of the argument. Give a tenth of all your earnings to your local church, or be cursed by God. That is not what Jesus taught about giving. New Testament giving was never under obligation.
