A helpful app to track TJ whereabouts, now also has "feedback" feature. You can only write feedback around the area you're at, or the bus you're in (or nearby). Sometimes, the tracker won't show up and the bus suddenly in front of you. I think it might be because of the old tracker unit attached to the bus. Anyway, I still find this app useful. BRAVO TJ!!

I am unable to update my phone number because the system says it's already registered, yet it doesn't appear anywhere on my profile. When I try to select an payment method, I am prompted to update my phone number, but each attempt result in the same error that it's already in use. Thia loop is very confusing and prevents me from moving forward

It would be better if this AI thing or chatbot give useful information. I'm not from Jakarta, so I need to know the exact location of your bus stop, gps coordinates, & address. Also, the royal trans refund, why is it so slow? So I filled in that gooled form, I even contacted the customer service and surprised that they didn't ask my booking number or even willing to check the status of my refund. It would be better if you allowed to reschedule within 1 week.
