Den TK-Safe nutzen oder E-Rezepte mit der E-Rezept-App synchronisieren. Mit TK-Ident und Ihrer TK-GesundheitsID können Sie sich nun an digitalen Gesundheitsanwendungen auch ohne Gesundheitskarte anmelden - bequem per Smartphone, jederzeit und überall.
FUNKTIONEN
Erstellen und nutzen Sie über TK-Ident Ihre persönliche TK-GesundheitsID Verwenden Sie TK-Ident, um sich z. B. an TK-Safe anzumelden. Verwalten Sie Ihre registrierten Geräte Verwalten Sie Ihre Zustimmungen und Freigaben
SICHERHEIT
Über die TK-Ident-App können Sie auf sensible Gesundheitsdaten, wie beispielsweise Ihre elektronische Patientenakte TK-Safe, zugreifen. Diese Daten haben einen besonders hohen Schutzbedarf und deshalb auch hohe Sicherheitsanforderungen. Damit Sie die App nutzen können, ist eine sichere Identifikation erforderlich. Nutzen Sie dafür einfach die Online-Ausweisfunktion Ihres Personalausweises oder Ihre Gesundheitskarte mit PIN. Wir bitten Sie außerdem, diese Identifikation in regelmäßigen Abständen zu wiederholen.
Unser Sicherheitskonzept für TK-Ident basiert auf strengen gesetzlichen Vorgaben. Um Ihnen ein gutes und sicheres Kundenerlebnis bieten zu können, entwickeln wir unser Konzept stetig weiter.

After registration, I only get "An error has occurred. Please try again later." Clearing the cache/storage and force-stopping didn't help. Update: One hour later, it started working.

I've been getting "an unexpected error occurred" message for months now which makes it impossible to login and use TK-Safe

Not only is this app buggy as hell on all platforms (including iOS) and phones I have used so far, it is still not possible to activate this app on Graphene OS, a way more secure, custom ROM. Even Motorola started a partnership with the Graphene OS Foundation. This app should make things safe to use! But instead forces me to use Android versions that, by default, require me to give a US entity my personal data. The Google Play integrity API is not a security feature. It is a vendor lock in!

It keeps givin "unexpected error" and to try again later whenever I try to log in but never can, even though the pin is correct
