I have an android phone and the app works fine for me. The opening page does look like a link. Maybe update that. Just put what you are looking for in the box, and it pops right up.

As others have said, all the app does on Android is open the catalog in your web browser. Not worth downloading in its current state.

This isn't actually an app, all it does is open the website in your regular browser. That being said, the website is well-designed for mobile, and you can do pretty much everything you need to on there.
