Great app. Simplifies the payment process! Few suggestions to make it even more user-friendly: 1. Have an option to save a credit or debit card or last used payment method, connected to the user account. This will help avoid adding card number every time. 2. People have more than 1 connection, have to make multiple payments. Provide ootion to "select all" and pay with one click. Thanks for a nice job done! Keep it up!

This app doesn't even have a basic notification feature to remind us for bill payments. I've forgotten when was my bill due, and had to pay penalty fee for late payment. Adding a basic notification feature, to remind me for my due bills would have saved me from paying the penalty. IDK if you guys wanted not given a notification feature, just to make us pay penalties and earn 🥀.

The issue is not resolved, even though, I raised my complaint, no response from the EB office. What the heck they are doing. I have raised 5 to 6 complaints on the same day, but no response till now after 2 months. They're not working on the problems. They're just keeping the complaint aside and watching us suffering from frequent and sudden power cuts. This is something our CM must take actions on. I hope this issue gets resolved as soon as possible.

Very poor. Not working properly. Doesn't work if given a proper password. Asking phone number to send OTP. No place to provide OTP number after GETTING OTP
