The issue is not resolved, even though, I raised my complaint, no response from the EB office. What the heck they are doing. I have raised 5 to 6 complaints on the same day, but no response till now after 2 months. They're not working on the problems. They're just keeping the complaint aside and watching us suffering from frequent and sudden power cuts. This is something our CM must take actions on. I hope this issue gets resolved as soon as possible.

Not showing consumer and bill details. Most of the time it isn't working. Doesn't seems like a maintenance issue. Paid 2 bills. Not able to pay the third one, basically there is something wrong with the app

I have raised a complaint in the TNEB app regarding the power issue. However, the complaint was closed without resolving the issue and without my acknowledgement. I have raised the complaint again because the issue still persists. Kindly ensure that complaints are not closed without user acknowledgement. Also, the application should display the name/details of the person who closed the complaint. Please do what is necessary and resolve the issue permanently...
