★★☆☆☆ Booking ticket through this app also mandates a printout. The conductor is not ready to accept when I showed the screen shot of the ticket. As I was completely occupied I booked a ticket in a/c coach. I feel the following is a ridiculous process I ever came across. Did they want me to download this app, book ticket, go to a nearby browsing center to just take a print of the ticket! Such a waste of time!! Then why they should spend for developing an app?
