Excellent app for learning Japanese while being able to read Japanese articles! The unknown words can be tapped on, and the English translations pop-up. They also have deals, and I had to take advantage of buying the app and getting rid of ads. It's okay with ads, but the low price during deals to upgrade made it a no-brainer to purchase the premium version. (Sometimes, selecting non-underlined words can be an issue, but overall, that app works great!)

This has been pretty effective for continuing my Japanese learning. I wouldn't say it's for beginners but of you have the basics of reading and a little grammar this app is solid for practicing those skills. It's a little intimidating at first but once you get the hang of it it's a super valuable tool. I use the free version but am totally considering upgrading as the benefits are certainly there, and I'd love to see more added and improved on the app.

The unsubscribe link on the email is broken. I have contacted the developer to inform them and ask them to unsubscribe me several times, and no reply since the first one where they said "just block the emails". No option in account settings to opt out or to delete my account either. Poor support and customer service.

I have never seen an app bombared with more ads than this one, and the bar is VERY low for android apps in general
