I got the app to practice for goethe exams. It has many useful features. I specially love the articlea and content that I can watch. They help me learn faster. My only issue is that in the speaking tests the microphone is missing, so I can't speak at all. It would be very helpful if the app can grade my speech. Otherwise the speaking tests are pointless. I have reported this issue before. I hope they fix it.

Got the premium version and loving it so far. The problems - 1. My streak is showing 0 even though I'm showing up every day and studying a lot 2. The style of flashcards for learning vocab isn't great. I wish they had the similar process like anki flashcards with "again, hard, good, easy" tags which is much better than "don't know, not sure, memorized". I will go back to anki for learning vocab for now I guess :(please fix it. It's not helpful at all.

No matter how hard I tried, I couldn't log in to the app. Even when I tried with another email address, the app kept giving an error.

Just terrible customer service. The premium features of the app won't open on my phone, I don't know why. I've tried everything. I emailed the company - three times - three times I'm told that it works & no help is offered or suggested. IT STILL DOESN'T. No effort from them to provide any help. A lot of money down the drain for nothing. BEWARE, don't touch these con artists

Mostly AI garbage. A1 text is just as complicated as the B1. No progression. The concept is good, but there is no progression. Also, when you click to see a word, it's very frustrating to have that window disappear. Lots of potential, but need a lot of improvement. Edit: even if you pay for premium, you still get many ads for AI premium. It's super annoying.

The app drains the battery quickly and appears to be inefficient. I also have concerns about the accuracy and quality of the German-language materials. I am unsure whether the team producing these materials is properly qualified or certified. Since the team is based in Vietnam, I question whether they have the necessary expertise and linguistic background to develop reliable German-language content objectively.

I had purchased the lifetime account last year for 40 euros, but now I can't log in the app anymore. It shows an error every time I try to log in and ask me to buy the lifetime access again.
