App overall is fine, but I'm not able to download my score report because of some permissions issue. The app is supposed to prompt the setting, but it doesn't seem to do so, please help me rectify this issue because I need my score report immediately. Thank you

The worst management, I have ever seen. They have plan to take $185 before exam, but have no plan to execute immediately, if a student test has not been started due to technical issue. My test was scheduled on March 01, 2021. But due to technical issue my test has not been started and the proctor and technician of TOEFL assigned to me, adviced Me to email ets regarding to reschedule the test on another day. When I mail them, they said it will take 7- 10 working day to solve it.
