App okay but my experience with the company hasn't been. The only time they will communicate with you is to get money. If you need to communicate with them, it better hadn't been time sensitive because they will take 3 days to get back to you.

I keep trying to update my account since I paid the first account now I have gotten another loan but the new o haven't been able to get it to switch over it just shows account paid from before If it gets fixed in the meantime I will update this post, but I keep asking for it to get fixed, and they don't fix it . Many times I've asked they even took money from my co-signer making me look horrible for no payment but when I try and make payment the info coming up shows paid and can't use the pay tab
