Poor app constantly crashes the food ordering system simply does not work the app constantly flicks to the wrong resort even though you've only bought tickets for 1 the fast pass system is terrible it keeps saying it's available then goes away and tells you to reselect for a multi-billion £ company they need to up their game.

Awful garbage. Super slow loading. Buggy, Useless map. Inaccurate. Complex. Park has terrible service and no Wi-Fi so totally frustrating.

Suggestions: add a cache, particularly to the map, and preload that cache. Travellers have slow internet connections. Once that sky animation plays once, don't show it again. Don't have the map rotate when panning between Disney sea / land. Support app resizing, so it can be used with foldable. Don't have blocking animations. Sometimes I can't even press the back button until some slow page finishes loading. Explanations of premier access and the 40th anniversary pass need to be clear
