It's great when it works! I've had some strange errors where when I go to start and order the app closes itself. I like the mobile option, but it's annoying when the shops mess up the order despite it being written out on the ticket. For example; I order Nikki dressing- and now twice (two different locations) have received a peanut sauce (which I cannot consume due to allergies) Update 1/4/24: adding in coupons causes a basket validation error when ordering mobile

It functions, but the light gray background and light orange font make the text all but unreadable. I have no vision problems. I hope there will be an option to change the font to black or some other measure to increase the contrast.

This app uses an orange font that is difficult to see. When trying to order a past order, the app hangs and must be restarted. I love Tokyo Joe's, but not their app.

I can order everything but when come to payment it tells me that I don't have a valid account with you or my payment is not able to be processed. I am logged into my account, and you have verified my card. So not sure what the problem is?
