This is the map I was looking for. Easy offline access that shows you the various subways. Some of the other maps don't make it easy to switch rails. This one does. To the developer: please add search feature to find station names quickly.

This app is just 5 PDF files that you could download yourself. There is nothing you can do in this app other than scroll around the 5 pages. You can't click, search, or anything else. Some of the maps are poor quality and the Toei bus map only shows a small fraction of Toei's bus routes. Anyone downloading this app to try and understand transport in Tokyo will be disappointed.
