Enabled my Yandex account but could not enable it on Toloka because they simply say "Account Deleted" in the old app, but it saves the mobile number and restricts access in the future. Recreated my account but my number is still used by them to restrict access saying "Phone number is duplicated". So pathetic.

I am unable to submit any request to your support team because I need to log in to submit a request, and I am unable to do so. My hard-earned $20 is stuck in it. You've left nothing for me except to rate you low. If you can please help me recover my account. You can contact me through my email address. The help center is useless, I've tried it. And there is no way to contact your support team.
