App doesn't open anymore. Tried to contact customer services on the email address, and it's been nearly a week and heard nothing.

Paid once now I have to pay again? I paid once a while ago to install the app. Now every time I try to log in I get a message that my subscription has expired. My lifetime subscription was not supposed to expire. It's unfortunate that now it seems that I have to uninstall the app since I don't want to pay again.
