Love the game of mazes and varied enemies that change the gameplay and moving the level to fall/navigate feels real fun. That there's a level map and bosses gives a retro adventure feel added to it's detailed B&W Pixel art style with hints of color. A fun story that's cool yet funny of a witch helping to save your toad people in some kind of frog fantasy uprising, very cool and at not a bad price! Support Devs!... but screw those dang moths! They move through walls, I don't think by design.

There's a fascination with going back to an art presentation of the 1bit era, but using the power of modern computing to add a new dimension... Tomb Toad has a familiarity, but smashing in a seamless isometric 3D effect. The results are anomalous... Down well, Minit, they've all brought 1bit back, but Tomb Toad leads the way with its unique presentation. Add to this, solid "ond more go" gameplay and even your own level editor... NOT TO BE MISSED!

Game doesn't load at all and just crashes a few seconds after I open it every time. A loading icon pops up, and I'm guessing a prompt is supposed to display afterward but nothing happens and the game crashes; I pressed play game button once in the small window every time after opening the game before it crashes and I hear the game audio restart and overlap over the audio that played first, IDK how to explain it really but anyway it just shows a loading icon and proceeds to crash as usual.

I used to love this game and even encouraged my friends to buy it and for the devs to get in touch with snowman gaming to have their game featured. Since the inclusion of the game in the play pass, however, the game doesn't load for me anymore. Instead, it wrongly claims that I got the gane from another website and that it, therefore, won't be receiving any updates anymore. Maybe I should indeed pirate the game as I'm surely not going to buy it a second time. What a disappointment...
