Garbage. Tommy guns have to be the absolute worst excuse for a barbershop. Can't make an appointment. Can't walk in. Have to check in and hope you're not waiting 2 hours. Today I was given a 20-min wait time. Waited and walked around the mall for 55 minutes. Went to the store to check and see if they were ready since no one was in two of the chairs. The person in front of me was seated immediately. Yet I was told it would be another 25 minutes. This is unacceptable.

Wait times are VERY inaccurate. When I checked in it said wait time was 26–31 minutes. I live 20 minutes away. Checked in and began driving there. 5 minutes before I got there I received a text saying my haircut was in 7 minutes. Got there, and then they told me wait time was 45–50 minutes... I didn't have time to wait that long, so I left. Not the first time that happened either. One time it said wait time was 0–5 minutes and when I got there it was 90 minutes...

Great in theory. I can book my appointment but the time estimate is way off. It was great a few years ago but has become pointless to use. The barber shop is great tho.
