Having issues with connecting to my guitars doesn't work I have a rig, lead and also tried a straight through USB to guitar plug but still doesn't work very disappointed

It works on my s20 ultra which is a 5 years old device but doesn't work well with my fold 5 which is a year-old phone. I use Joyo mo mix cab as my sound card. I only hear sounds from Joyo, which is normal clear sound but can't hear any effects. I can hear the preview audio of solo but can't get the effect sound in my earphone. I use same set up for my s20 ultra, and it works fine but have latency issues and for my fold 5 it doesn't work
