"টনিক" যখন নরওয়ে পরিচালিতাধীন ছিল চমৎকার সার্ভিস ছিলো__আমি ৩৬০০/-টা দিয়ে গ্রাহক হয়ে পুরো ৩৬০০/-টাকার ঔষধ সাথে ব্লাড প্রেসার যন্ত্র __পেয়েছি এবং হাসপাতালে এডমিড ছিলাম তখন চিকিৎসা পত্র তদসংশ্লিষ্ট ডুকোমেন্টসহ ক্লেইম করেলে ওরা ২৭ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে আমাকে ২৫,০০০/-টাকা বিকাশের মাধ্যমে প্রদন করে। শুনেছি এটা এখন বাংলাদেশে বিক্রি করে দিয়েছে __এখন টনিক এর সেবা প্রদান টা কমারশিয়াল কক্ষপথে রান করছে______... 🤣

আমি টনিক এর গ্রাহক,ফোন নং-০১৭২৫৯৯৭৪৩৬।হাসপাতালে ডাঃ রেফাড করছে তাই ভর্তি হইছি। এখন ক্যাশ ক্লেম করলে তারা রিজেক্ট করে এজন্য যে আমার নাকি হাসপাতালে ভর্তি হওয়ার দরকার ছিলনা।আরে শালারা তোদের ডাঃ দিয়া চিকিৎসা দিতে পারিস না, তাহলে আমার একজন বিশেষজ্ঞ ডাক্তারের চেয়ে কি তোদের এমবিবিএস ডাক্তার বড় হল যে তাদের কথায় চিটারি করিস। আমি উচ্চ আদালতে রিট করার প্রিপারেশন নিচ্ছি টনিকের নামে।কেউ এই চিটার টনিকের প্রতারনার ফাদে পা দিবেন না।

I had an appointment with your tonic doctor at 11.30 am, 11-04-2020. While my appointment session a screen appeared to my mytonic app but it's buffering all the time. I waited at least 20 minutes but no luck. I can't talk to your doctor but your app says it's "complete". You should refund my money back with some penalties. It's very disappointing that your app is crash now and then. By the way, I use a stable broadband internet connection.
