I have a higher opinion of ToodleDo than I do most other time management and project management tools. It is very flexible; perhaps too much so for a user who is unsure of their desired workflow and objective with using the app. I have it set up so that I seldom have to use it unless my circumstances change, and I want to do a time study and build my new optimal routine.

Toodledo is feature rich and I Iike the concise, tabular format on the web version. I don't love the new phone app. It looks cluttered and not streamlined, with too much information on the hot list in particular. The folders have headings, so the folder name doesn't need to be listed with every task. I also don't want to see the due date with every task. If it's on my hot list, I know it's due today. If I want to see dates, I can go to a different view. I like the look of the prior app better.

Love this app because I can sort tasks at multiple levels in the app and the widget, very handy can also sync with my laptop easily and can import large csv files to make importing very easy fantastic!

Terrible on android. I love the web app. But the mobile app crashes and I can't even add a new task. There is also a flashing line at the top when I am reviewing tasks. Please fix this as Toodledo is so great when using desktop version!!!

Do not use this app assuming that it will sync your tasks. Repeated tasks do not update, and you can never be sure if the tasks as currently displayed are in sync with your online account. Toodledo works on other platforms but not for Android.
