Truly a waste of time. It appears to be a do nothing app except to gather user data. Anyone can check the accuracy of a watch using the Naval Time Clock.

Stuck synchronizing to atomic clock. Pretty much useless. And oh, why the hell would I need to create an account to measure my watches. At least give people an option to sign up or not.
