Excellent app. If purchasing the 1:50k OS GB map, the most cost-effective way I’ve found is to buy four large £1.99 tiles at a time. You get them effectively half price for just £3.99. If you need more go back and make a second purchase. I was planning doing the 3 Peaks and the route is already there, found it with a quick search. Reversing and editing routes is simple. A lot of high quality mapping for not much £££. 👍👍👍

Best replacement for view ranger I have found so far. It is slightly rough round the edges and a more 'basic' experience. However, the key functionality of planning a route on the map, then looking at the route afterward, being able to sort routes into folders etc. works well. Following a route is a bit clunky as it ends up creating a new route rather than a separate 'track' linked to the route, but it works fine. Also beware when downloading maps for offline use you need to stay on the screen.

What a rip-off. Paid for the map. Then as you zoom in on an area they charge you another 79p per area, and then another 20p for an even closer area. Unbelievable. Very disappointed. Appreciate yr reply. I have absolutely no problem paying for any app that I think I'll find useful. What I don't appreciate is the underhand tactics of then having to pay extra. If you have to pay royalties then just increase the original price don't lure customers in and then charge again. Be open and honest.

Absolutely pointless. When trying to generate a route for running, despite selecting 5mile, it suggests a 14.4mile route that includes having to take a ferry as part of the route. What?? There are 1000s of directions to run that don't require a ferry in my area. I just can't fathom the logic. Disappointed
