I've had my top scan for 3 years and have loved it from the first time using it. It's extremely helpful for diag and getting to the root problem. It's the only OBD scanner I'll ever need. After the first year subscription though I found it to be very pricey and wished it didn't cost so much for a subscription. Other than that it's an amazing tool I can't live without. Thank you.

(absolutely amazing device)!! UNTIL!! you're forced to pay for service on a device you already purchased otherwise you can't even clear your codes, even pos harbor freight scanners do their job without milking more money out of you. I wish I could say 5 stars but 4 of them got lost when I lost ability to do use my device in the most basic of manners only 1 year after buying. I refuse to continue this money dump on a scanner I already purchased just to use it!

Only bought the thing because the site advertised one manufacturer/one vehicle software pro features for life. Used it 2 or three times and a year later when I really need it for major repairs its asking for resubscribe at 99 dollars for one year. And more over I paid for the device and for a what I believes to be the lifetime honda software. So now im out 200 bucks and dead in the water trying to com pleat my repairs even with the 3 trial days. Wrote to support no reply.

Bought this a little over a year ago. Came highly recommended. I really liked using it especially since its bidirectional. Used it at least a dozen times. Needed it here recently, and it now requires a subscription! I specifically got it because it was advertised to not need one. Everyone I spoke to didn't need one. Now you have to pay $129 per year to do anything more than the extreme basics. A free scan at Autozone will give you more. It's cheaper to just buy a new one! Will not recommend.
