I've had my top scan for 3 years and have loved it from the first time using it. It's extremely helpful for diag and getting to the root problem. It's the only OBD scanner I'll ever need. After the first year subscription though I found it to be very pricey and wished it didn't cost so much for a subscription. Other than that it's an amazing tool I can't live without. Thank you.

Only bought the thing because the site advertised one manufacturer/one vehicle software pro features for life. Used it 2 or three times and a year later when I really need it for major repairs its asking for resubscribe at 99 dollars for one year. And more over I paid for the device and for a what I believes to be the lifetime honda software. So now im out 200 bucks and dead in the water trying to com pleat my repairs even with the 3 trial days. Wrote to support no reply.

DO NOT USE! This has become a scam app. I used to use it to fault find my vehicle and now out of nowhere tries to force you to subscribe for an extortionate rate of 129.99 for a year of use. Reply: When I bought my topdon scanner (scammer) it wasn't under a subscription model at all, it wasn't that I was in a 1 year free trial. You changed it after I'd bought the product and started using it. I've now got to pay a subscription to you, or I have an expensive door stop.
