••• FEATURES •••
SPEEDOMETER
The classic speedometer displays your current speed, power and distance travelled – and, of course: your remaining battery capacity, remaining range (based on current conditions) and distance from your home location. (Note to owners of the Cruise with lead or third-party lithium batteries: Range display is not valid unless your Torqeedo Cruise System has been updated with the capacity and chemical characteristics of your individual battery – see Cruise R / T manual for further information on our website at www.torqeedo.com > Service Centre > Manuals)
RANGE FOR MAP & WAYPOINTS
Use the map screen to view the GPS position, course and speed of your boat. A circle on the map indicates your remaining range – it’s easy to see how much farther you can go! Place waypoints and define your favourite locations, and estimate how long it will take to get there. Save your favorite locations in a list. All information is available in real time and takes into account prevailing wind and current conditions, as well as remaining battery capacity. TorqTrac makes use of Google Maps. (Note to Cruise owners with AGM or lead gel batteries: To use the range display, the battery capacity must be activated in the Set-up menu. - see Cruise operating manual for more information on our website at www.torqeedo.com > Service Centre > Manuals)
TRIPS
Save your current trip: Route, highest speed, average speed, total distance with and without motor and trip duration. Export the trip information as a jpg file and share your experiences with friends.

★★★★★
Great app for Ultralight 403 Love to keep track of distance and range!

If Bluetooth connectivity were more stable, I would have given 5 stars. Sometimes have to shut down the app in order to reconnect to the hardware (using Pixel 4 Android 10). It has been over a year since the last update. Is anyone still working on this app?
★★★★★
I had a torqued a couple of years ago, and they didn't have this app
★★☆☆☆
First thing that happens when you try to run it is that it asks for permission to know your location, which is fair enough, and also to take complete control of all files on your system "in order to share your route". Okay, that sounds scary (and also implemented in some brain dead way), so I won't use that feature. But no, it absolutely refuses to run unless you give it permission to entirely take over your file system. This app should be kicked off the play store until they clean up their act.
★★☆☆☆
It just shows you the track and the distance you traveled on a map. There are no additional information's available from the engine e.g. like the status of the battery at the beginning of the trip and at the end of the trip, you can see that on the small screen of the engine but not in the app. You have to buy an expensive extra cable to connect your phone via BLE with the engine. Sometime this extra cable disturbed the normal communication between the battery pack and the computer of the Travel 1003, so you might see an Error Code 32 on the display. Overall the application does not provide any added value compared to other cheaper solutions for tracking.
