★★★★★ Works brilliantly with ELM 327. Reads faults and clears them
★★★★★ Works every time. Still using 14yr old ebay Bluetooth obd2 adapter. Have used several different phones with every version of Android since 2010. The only issue I've ever had just come up with the latest Android 12 OS. had issue with app not saving my display layout when exiting the app. Uninstalled and reinstalled to reactivate permissions, and manually added a.torque folder to sd card-that worked!!! Reads DTCs fine and works to clear DTCs in every vehicle I've tried it on since 2010.
★★★★★ If this app doesn't connect to your OBD2 Bluetooth adapter, you probably need to do one of 2 things: (1) in your phone's settings menu, got to Apps > All Apps > Torque (lite) > Permissions and grant it the "Nearby Devices" permission, and (2) in the Torque (lite) app, go to Settings (gear) > Settings > OBD2 Adapter Settings > Choose Bluetooth Device and select your OBD2 adapter. Note that Android drops app permissions after a few months of non-use, so you may need to repeat the time.
★★☆☆☆ App will no longer work on my android head unit....just force closes as soon as it opens
★★☆☆☆ Google Play says my device is not compatible with this app. It's Samsung Galaxy S21 5G. I had it running on a Samsung A52 5G. I hope this problem will be solved in a future release.
