I only shop at Torrid. As a young mom and teacher I love looking for stylish clothes for all occasions. Grateful for the way these clothes fit and how they have different styles for everyone.

Torrid has the best selection of Plus size clothing at affordable prices. I absolutely love them, and they have great shoes as well as for someone like me who has wide feet.

I bought a nightie as part of my online order during their Labor Day sale but planned on picking it up locally as the store had it in stock. When I stopped it I was told the store couldn't even see it in their system until the online items had shipped. Then I noticed the Labor Day sale price wasn't being displayed....the price shot up $40. Eventually Torrid cancelled that item entirely with no explanation. I can't decide if this is the most inefficient system on the planet or what.

Drove 30 minutes to drop off shoes, found out in store that in the fine print under find a location for return in app, shoes do not return in person ONLY POST. ON TOP OF THIS you pay for both shipping to you and back. I don't know if this'll be the last time I shop here because I have big feet and not many stores have cute products in my size, but to force you to pay for shipping without an option to drop a return item due it not fitting...wild.

This app works when you're browsing but once you want to go check out it is super buggy, and it doesn't load I went on the website to order something, and it worked immediately I don't trust this app does not use it I do not recommend.
