I was in store today and had to order online because my cars wouldn't work in store which was sad and the employees at the store were rude and disrespectful and this is the last time I am ordering from Torrid.

Buggy. Half the time it won't load and when it does every 6 or 7 items, the app freezes, so I have to exit then go try to find what I was looking at or scroll through everything I've already seen. Uninstalled/reinstalled, cleared cache, log in and out, etc. and still sticks, so I end up going to the site instead. Despite previous orders, It's also canceling my send to store orders, 4 in a row, and cs doesn't know why so couldn't fix it.

Torrid VIP here. I'm unimpressed with their App, Website, "Wishlist", Torrid Cash, the inability to "SAVE FOR LATER" w/o having to go BACK to the item & add to wishlist, which, I try & it says "you already have 100 items in your list, edit to add more" = NONSENSE. Its impractical BS. Almost like whomever designed it has NEVER shopped for apparel a day in their life. Make it like an Amazon cart! IT ALWAYS LAGS - BAD! If I didn't NEED to shop here I DEF WOULDN'T. Fabric = CHEAP & PILLS IMMEDIATELY
