Torrid has been my go-to for clothing for years now! If you’re on the fence because of the prices, just know the quality is absolutely worth it (and let's be real, what isn't pricey nowadays?). Their jeans fit like a dream, and I love all of their tops—they are always incredibly soft, comfortable, and hold up great over time. Highly recommend!

Anyone else having trouble placing orders? It keeps telling me to "please review order settings" but I have multiple times, and it all correct. It just flats out won't let me place an order no matter what I do.

The quality of torrid clothes already sucks, things are sewn incorrectly and fall apart much sooner than clothes I buy from anywhere else. I signed up for email and text when they did a torrid cash promotion. Put items in my cart that were on sale and had to wait until the window for the cash opened. It literally costs more now because the items went back to full price and the torrid cash can only be used for half your total. What a joke.

Buggy. Half the time it won't load and when it does every 6 or 7 items, the app freezes, so I have to exit then go try to find what I was looking at or scroll through everything I've already seen. Uninstalled/reinstalled, cleared cache, log in and out, etc. and still sticks, so I end up going to the site instead. Despite previous orders, It's also canceling my send to store orders, 4 in a row, and cs doesn't know why so couldn't fix it.
