The game crashes upon startup, every time. May not be compatible with Android 12

Not happy I have downloaded the app and tried to download the content on it, and it keeps coming up error, and I tried to go to the website for help, and it keeps coming up webpage not available. I paid for this app, so we should be able to play it. I will give it more stars if you fix the problem. I want a refund if you're not going to fix the problem.
