We are well pleased with how the app works. More than once we have returned home to make sure the alarm was set, or else to set it because we had forgotten to. Also, it keeps us informed of the alarming of the system and disarming of it.

5 years later, same alarm company same terrible app. As bad as it was in 2018. Fed up with this app. It used to work, simple and efficiently. It was updated, so users have weather. Weather? Just make it operate arming and disarming my system. I've spent the last several weeks trying to get it to work, and it keeps coming back to Honeywell. IPhone, android, it doesn't work right much of the time. This is completely unacceptable for a security system. It is not reliable and is hazardous.

One major issue now with app. Garage door is now showing status unknown and I can no longer manually open or close door from the app even though I still get notifications when garage door is open or closed.

This is uncall for residents with the resideo total connect 2.0 app update. There was no email of Resideo total connect 2.0 having a new update??? It doesn't have in the Google Play Store the official resideo toral connect 2.0. App. When pushing update to the open to update!!!! It doesn't have resideo total connect 2.0 app??? It as a few apps that say it from Resideo company but no Resideo total connects 2.0 official app. Be aware there is people that can get anyone computer information!!!

I have had total connect less than 1 year. Had access to the system now. Username and password are not recognized. Business has requested assistance numerous times and still no assistance. This system is supposed to help in assisting the monitoring and operations of our security system. This app is unsuccessful
