Developed with the Total Gym® user in mind, a main fitness concern shared by the community was lack of time. Total Gym® users were looking for shorter programs that could deliver results. Love my TG TV. Sure there are a lot of YouTube videos out there but these workouts are even better. I've always said "I'm worth it". So are you 💪🏽💪🏽

Love my total gym but this "app" is not helpful. I could do the same thing by creating a YouTube playlist from videos customized to my needs. This would be much more helpful if it were an actual app that allowed you to establish a workout routine and track your progress.

You have to pay for premium to watch any workouts....there's 1 to 2 minute free "trailers" for each workout which in my opinion is pointless. If someone has already spent the hundreds of dollars on a Total gym they should have automatic access to stream all the workouts instead of paying a monthly subscription. So stupid.
