Its biggest problem is it's not intuitive. It does work. Everything about it functions as it should however, the creators have relied too much on the individuals who purchased this item to go on YouTube and find out for themselves how to work and program these devices instead of just including all of this information in one intuitive instruction manual. Not a bad start, love the idea of naming bonds and bond colors, which changes crystal to your bonds selected color when in compass mode to help you better know who you are going towards. Updating will be great for new totem users, as that process will be a lot simpler, pointless for users that had set up via network way. At present, I will only be using it for bond naming and colors and then force stop it, no real need to use it for anything other than that, once they are set it's done with.

It won't find any of my totems. I even updated the firmware the manual way on all of them to the latest. (update) updated to the 3.8.3 firmware now which lets me connect to the app. But so much is not functional. Nothing mirrors my totem, does not show bonds, no way to change colors like the email stated. The word begin is spelled wrong. It does show the satellites connected. And the battery amount, with an accuracy of 0.9 meters under 15 satellites.

App is unusable in its current state. I can connect to a compass. Unfortunately, none of what I assume are supposed to be buttons on the "Your Compasses" screen are tappable, so the moment I disconnect from my one compass, it's impossible to reconnect to it again. In order to connect to other compasses, the first compass needs to be completely disconnected because I can only pair through the "Scan for Nearby Totems" button. I can't tap on the "+," I can't tap on previously paired compasses.

It's a garbage app and a garbage product. I bought four, went through the ridiculous updating and pairing process to have them not work in a variety of ways. One was bugging out, one found a ghost signal that wasn't mine, and the other two endlessly searched for signal. I should have expected as much from a website that vets their reviews.
