I began my engineering studies with slide rules, and have since owned several HP calculators. Today, I own both the HP12C device, plus this APP for my Motorola 3rd Generation smartphone. The device is on my desk, and the APP goes with me everywhere. Both are used almost every day, and are great in every respect. The APP has a beautiful screen, is fast (no lags), pops right up when launched, is customisable (ie screen can rotate or set fixed or vertical, touch vibrates and gives keystroke feel and optionally illuminates the keystroke. ) Support by the creator is quick and effective. No problems. Highly recommended.

This calculator is a perfect mirror of my old 12C but now they want me to upgrade to some kind of combination of calculators? I'm afraid to do that. It's perfect and an upgrade can only be a bad thing? Please tell me it's going to be okay because I'm tired of getting the upgrade message every time I open it.

I've used this app for years and love it. I've downloaded many different hp12c emulators and this one is by far the cleanest, most visually pleasing and easiest to use. HOWEVER about a year ago there started to be a noticeable and annoying delay between the moment I touch a key and the moment the haptic feedback responds. I thought it was because my phone was getting old and slow but I bought a brand new phone and i still have the same problem. PLEASE FIX. It can't just be me. I am using a Moto Z Play now; before I used a Google Nexus 5. I use this app several times a day every day and the haptic delay is very aggravating. But it's still the best HP 12C for Android by far.

I previously purchased this app and had to pay for it again to get rid of the ads on the free version which I have already done before. Had to keep my payment in place to want others with my review. Although it works fine for a financial calculator, I've paid for the same app twice. Choose the competition and only pay once.
