This is an incredibly productive innovation. I use the app in Nairobi and so far I can applaud the services offered and ambitiously looking forward to utilising It's full potential. I only have a suggestion for the developers, please design a way to log in without entering details each time. It would be better if there was a pin request to complete a transaction instead.

Touch Guichet unique can not open on techno camon 20 pro Though the web version is ok.

It is slow in withdrawal operation. It is not an offline app implying that one cannot open it without going online. It has a low rate of return compare to other mobile money transfer. But it has the same returns on airtime transfer. It at times enable debug mode and require going out of the app just so you can disable USB debug before reconnecting to the app.

The app needs to be optimize for android 11. When performing a transaction, the "CONFIRM" button rather shuts down the app. Hope the technical team work on it sooner. It works on earlier android version though.
