I would give this 0 stars if that was an option. Most of the cards I sent out never arrived. I didn't want to renew my membership because I'd used not even half my cards, but I forgot to cancel. I reached out the day after they took the payment explaining and asked for a refund, and I never heard any response. Don't waste your time or money on this, it's such a disappointment.

My card was never printed, so I asked them. One of their reps, Mercy, wrote me back saying it's just a glitch, and that my card was in fact sent to: the wrong address, wrong state, wrong person. It's been 4 days since I informed her of this.

The cards are of poor quality and the cancelation process is a way to scam more money out of you. $8 is way too much for a postcard that looks like a 6-year-old did it. The photos can't be accurately cropped. The note cuts off letters Wow what a rip off
