I've used Touch note since they started & have always been delighted. Perfect glossy images with superior detail. Friends, business associates and family love them. A GREAT way to send an unforgettable message. Quick & simple with very high quality cards and your image & your message. Underpriced in my view. Love it!

Pros: send postcards and cards from phone, good customizability and options to personalize, reliable service, good quality print, easy to use, people love receiving these postcards and make great memories to look back on. Cons: on the expensive side, can only pay yearly for membership, membership buys 'free' monthly cards, but these expire if not sent with a month (on lowest teir membership), not worth membership (in my opinion) unless sending fairly often.

This app is a great idea and when the cards are actually printed and delivered, they are beautiful, but everything about the subscription is a scam. Only do the pay as you go option. Their customer service takes over a week to reply, and once they do, it's just a robot response that didn't actually read your message. If you pay for a subscription and then cancel, you loose all of your outstanding credits that you've already paid for. How you lost something you paid for is beyond me. Not worth it

I've used this app on numerous occasions. This year I decided to send Christmas cards for the first time. Massive mistake. ALL the cards arrived over THREE weeks later, having been informed they would arrive within 2 to 3 days. Very disappointed and let down
