I love the concept of this application I have ordered probably a total of 8 to 10 cards and half never make it to its destination. I contact customer service, and they say it is out of their hands once they send it out, but I just find it really weird that when I send a letter or postcard only 50% actually make it to its destination. I really wish this application worked a lot better and the cards I sent out made it to the place, but they just don't know why don't know if it's usps or touch no

I would give this 0 stars if that was an option. Most of the cards I sent out never arrived. I didn't want to renew my membership because I'd used not even half my cards, but I forgot to cancel. I reached out the day after they took the payment explaining and asked for a refund, and I never heard any response. Don't waste your time or money on this, it's such a disappointment.

The app stopped connecting to Google Photos. Support denied it for weeks, then admitted it’s broken and promised a fix in June—still not working. Credits wasted and the app is now useless. Told to use the website, but it lacks key features. Their response? “Yeah, it’s not as good.” Not helpful. Check that the app works before buying credit. Try Free Prints Cards or My Postcard instead, they actually work.

I was charged for a membership without consenting. I ordered a card to be delivered in 24 hours. It has not even been sent over 48 hours later. Predatory tactics. LOOK ELSEWHERE.
