I was told by my son that I can go on this app and send money because he is incarcerated one time I believe it was a touch pay app, but I don't remember it being this one, or I need to scan a QR code from where from the jail cell the jail system like where do I scan a QR code from and then people are on here saying that oh yeah I send money to my son or my friends that are incarcerated, and it was easy why don't you explain how did you do it please and thank you

App does not work, it's not for a store this is an app to send money to inmates, and it keeps saying scan QR code, and then after a little bit it says something went wrong something went wrong, how am I supposed to scan a code when I'm far away from the jail, I mean it looks like it works for some people unless those people are lying, which I doubt, and then it doesn't work for some people I just need to send money to my daughter, but I can't
