Scam. I paid for a weekly subscription. After the 2nd payment came out, I emailed them to cancel. Their 'contact us' page, has a telegram and WhatsApp, but neither of them take me anywhere. I found the email in the t&c which don't tell me how to cancel. I emailed them multiple times, I went through their feedback form. I am disputing all the charges with my credit card. For the reviewers that say "great customer service" can you tell me how to find them.

The ads are longer than any of the individual episodes and will randomly pop up ads just for going back to the home screen. There's no option to hold the screen to speed up the episode. Why do I have to watch nearly 3 minutes of ads to watch a 90-second episode?

I paid for the weekly, but every couple of episodes gets stuck, and then you have to restart the app each time. It's annoying. I'll most likely cancel my subscription after this
