My reviews have ranged from 1 to 5 stars over a long time. I think they've recently made great improvements. It now resolves many common issues automatically without needing customer service. Goals with points exchangeable for free credits are nice! Not sure what social features are "coming soon" but I'm curious to see. To users reading this, be aware that many low reviews here are incorrectly complaining about issues with specific jukebox venues and not the app itself.

Love it but there needs to be a limit to how many times you can move a song to be first in the queue because people keep moving up their dookie ahh music and I end up leaving before I get to hear the songs I paid for 😩

Won't let me queue a song keeps telling me to pick a location even though I've don't it 40 times. I have credits, just a broken buggy app.

The new credit model sucks. It used to be a fixed credit price per song, with an increase for a fast pass song. Now the creators of the app have gotten greedy and introduced surge pricing to get you spend more credits and the credit cost of songs has increased. Way to go guys.... way to ruin a previously good application. Once my credits run out, I'll be deleting this now greedy app.

Again touch tunes goes up now it's more expensive. Prices change as the jukebox is played. I WISH I COULD LOWER MY RATING AGAIN... Surprise credit prices went up again.... Now 30 dollars for 65 credits..... Bars need to switch to rowe jukeboxes.... I have both apps on my phone and ami is way cheaper than touch tunes. Only 28 dollars for 72 songs... That's 39¢ a credit is all..... And music videos for songs played. If I could give a 0-STAR RATING, I definitely WOULD DO SO. Disappointed 4 sure.
