Description

Toursikon è un'avventura narrativa concepita per dispositivi mobile, una visual novel con elementi puzzle che conduce chi gioca alla scoperta dell'antico borgo di Tursi, in provincia di Matera. Un'enigmatica presenza appare alla protagonista, Sophie, rimasta intrappolata per errore nella cripta della chiesa di Santa Maria Maggiore: a esserle svelato è un arcano messaggio da decifrare. Grazie all'aiuto dello storico Carmine, Sophie inizierà un viaggio attraverso Tursi per ricomporre i tasselli di questo mistero. Lungo la via si imbatterà in caratteristici personaggi del luogo, che custodiscono il sapere del borgo. Puzzle ambientali concatenati porteranno chi gioca a ritrovare un tesoro legato al passato e alla tradizione del paese.
Il titolo del videogame, che riprende l'etimologia del nome di Tursi, racchiude in sé la molteplicità culturale e storica dell'area – che ha subito diverse dominazioni – e richiama il concetto di “tour”, viaggio itinerante alla scoperta del patrimonio culturale locale.

Toursikon è un videogioco prodotto da Elle Viaggi, finanziato nell’ambito " La filiera produttiva turistica, culturale e creativa per la fruizione dei beni del patrimonio culturale e naturale della Regione Basilicata” di cui alla D.G.R. Basilicata n. 196/2019 PO-FESR 2014-2020 – DGR Basilicata 196 del 15 marzo 2019” e sviluppato da Effenove srls in collaborazione con IVIPRO.
